Walking In A Classical Wonderland

by Jim Taylor

This is a redo of a Christmas piece for band. I changed the ending and used the Finale composition program.

I first named this piece 'Walking in a Wackey Wonderland' and it is posted here in the diary in MIDI format. I have redone it including quite a bit of the music, but on the recording, you will not hear the jingle bells, so every time you hear the song 'Jingle Bells' play, you actually should hear jingle bells. See how many songs you can find hidden in the classical music. I threw in snippets of as many Christmas songs as I could plus a few other clips like the 1812 Overture, National Emblem March, a march by Strauss (Radetzky March) and the horn opening of American Overture. Hope you like it!
