My church asked me to do a Christmas arrangement. Here is "JOY". This piece
is for choir, piano, organ, hand bells and orchestra. The pieces are "HOW
GREAT OUR JOY" and "JOY TO THE WORLD." Listen to the inverted melody in Joy
to the world. The soprano and alto parts reverse the direction of the melody
while the men sing the real melody. There are no retardandos in this version
and you will have to imagine the big Hollywood ending with the timpani at
the end.
