This hymn is almost like a Sousa march. I did the second verse in 3/4 with quarter = 320 and then went back to 4/4 with quarter = 246. What sounds like a dotted 8th/16th is actually played in as a dotted quarter/8th and then played at a fast tempo to achive a precise thythm. This was my dad's favorite hymn.
