This a a band arrangement I have been working on for about a month. I origianlly named it TWO RUSSIAN FOLK SONGS, but now that I am arranging with FINALE instead of ENCORE, I decided to make it a little more challenging for young musicians and gave it a new name. The folk songs are SONG OF THE VOLGA BOATMMEN and MEADOWLAND. I am about to send it off to the publisher, but the MIDI conversion produces some strange effects and instruements, especially percussion. Still, you have my permission to yell HEY!!! at the end.
