Just over 4 years ago, Jim Taylor posted a waltz here labelled 'OM-12'. OM stands for 'Original MIDI' and his idea was that other contributors made arrangements of these pieces and posted the results.
No-one ever uploaded an arrangement of this one, so here's mine. It's fairly straight: I've just added harmony and changed the instruments several times.
