Wrote this in 2004 and have just converted it to an MP3. It took me a while to remember where the title came from, but it's from the lyrics of the Christmas Carol Good King Wenceslas:
'Sire the night is darker now,
and the wind blows stronger,
Fails my heart I know not how,
I can go no longer.'
The 'theme' is from the same place too - the drop of a major 4th at the point in the song where these words are heard.
